Hi yawamo! Did you call already customer service hotline because they will give you open ticket number and they will send the technician right away maximum 2 days andyan na yan, pero kadalasan after 1 day andyan na yan.

Dont forget to get the complete name of the customer service support and the attending Computer Technician because there's also a scenario that they did not pass the ticket number to the field technician kaya hindi na puntahan. Sometimes meron din hindi pinuntahan ng technician..... basta make sure you got the name of the customer service support na nakausap mo para atleast if you want to report somebody through email may mailalagay ka.

Whats the status as of now tumawag kana ba ulit?... kailan daw darating.
