CIO? Chief Information Officer?
Chief IT Officer?

Sorry just asking. First time kong ma-encounter yan and to think I have had my stint also in Org Dev. I do not know if there is such a position actually in a corporate set up.

To answer you, there are managers and heads of department of Bayan Tel who are members of the Forum. So chances are they have read this already.

Unless you upgrade or downgrade, it shall be retained. Rules apply though like if you are not yet done with your lock in period, you cannot downgrade.
I asked them already earlier via their hotline.

WOW OMG IS THIS REALLY? TRUE? Pero ang tanong lang kasi will the latency change? ang problema ko lang talaga sa bayantel is latency, it's so unstable, not like the pldt's latency, I've seen their latency sa bayantel and it's only about 110ms and bayantel lantency to pldt is like 200

Alam ko walang Plan 1299. Magiging Plan 1299 lang yan kung me phone yung Plan 999 since me additional 300 for the phone service.
Yung Plans na posted ni Mod Khupz kasi are just DSL only packages. If you want to bundle it with phone, you just add 300.
In your case, since bundled na yung phone mo with the DSL, if you upgrade that to Plan 999, then magiging 1299 (since the same charges will apply for the phone part).

Do not worry bro, bundled yung phone sa akin and when I upgraded, the same charges applied for the phone. Yung DSL lang ang maiiba.

If that is the case, yes... Upgrade ka. From Plan 899 to Plan 999.
Kung gusto mo naman na me phone service kayo from Bayan, just add 300 sa 999. Although you need to check kung pwede kayong mag karun ng phone from Bayan sa area mo. I really do not know the stuff about that in your area kaya Bayan lang makakasagot.

Tawag ka lang sa technical support hotline (181 toll free from any Bayan Phone). Be ready with the account holder's details as they will need to verify it. It takes 24 hours or less to process the upgrade.
