For issues with the speed, I might also ask the same questions but it will vary. It really depends on what has been done already. Anyhow, I would basically ask:

1) What is your set up? Do you have just a modem or a router?
2) What speed are you getting from the www.speedtest.net site?
3) Is this with just one site or with every site?

A few more depending on how the process of elimination goes. I cannot blame some of them why they ask that. On the other hand though, I appreciate the feedback you are placing here regarding how they do handle some customers. I know some managers read the Forum, having met them before and discussed some stuff posted here.

meron pang bayantel forum ... which also help.. d lng about sa DSL problem ... in many ways pa ^_^

Bayan forum also have some event ... for bayantel subscriber only

pogi at mababait pa ung mga moderator :P

15 days trial for ... dsl (if im not mistaken) ^_^

gud DL and UPload speed ^_^

gud for online games local and international

if u have some line problem... technician is always on the go :P as long na marereport mo agad if u have some problem ...

hmmm anu pa ba... aun .. basta okay naman saken ^_^ sana makatulong ^_^
