simula 03-09-08 pko gumagamit ng dst ng bayantel my bayandsl 768kbps monthly fee is 899.00 pesos. ok nmn sa internet surfing mabilis download wlng problema pero pag dating tlg sa online games like sunshinemu.com sobra laggg kht sa ibang online gams ran, ragnarok, crazycart. ect. gusto ko n sanang magpalit kaso sabe ng erpat ko nka contratc dw kame ng 3yrs sa bayantel. ang tanung ko lng pano pag hnd ko na hinintay ung 3yrs at pinatangal ko na? at ang second question ko wla b bng itatas ang 768kbps at kung meron pa itataas yn mag kanu nmn ang mdadagdag sa 899.00 n binabayaran ko?   YAN UNG NETSTAT -B KO.

As far as I know, 1 year lang ang lock-in period ng DSL. Not 3 years. Next to 768 Kbps is 1280 Kbps. That's 1699 Php/Month. SOD is up to 1536 Kbps.

sir 03-09-2008 pko nag pakabit eh di lagpast nko ng 1yr mahigit?
ask ko lng tungkol a internet games na laggg ma hahanapan b ng solusyon ito?
pag tumawag ako sa bayandsl hotline 411-2000 sabihin ko lng dun ung tungkol sa laggg pagdating sa online games?

Tulad nang sinabi mo sa first post mo, ok naman ang internet connection mo. Sa Online Games ka lang nagkakaproblema. Marami po kasing factors kung bakit nagkakaroon ng lags sa mga Online Games and sometimes it is beyond the control of your ISP. Pero try mo paring tumawag sa hotline.

marami nkkranas neto nauna, ewan ko ba tagal maayos, or inaayos nga ba? mga 1 month na lag sa online games karamihan international ip. 1 year lock-in period lng, qng gus2 mo lipat iba pwd na kaso another bayad nnmn connection fee

Sabi sa akin 3 yrs daw ung contract namin pero nung nag try ako tumawag sa costumer service more than once and they said 1 yr lng daw ang contract and there's no such thing as 3 yrs contract according to them... You can ask them to make sure... Just saying...
