RTO, disconnection since march 11, 2010 Options · View

binabasa ba to ng mga admin at tech ng bayantel? baka naman nilagay lang to para masabing may support sila? masayang lang effort ko dito pag di nabasa to..

thursday march 11, 2010 na disconnect ako.. tumawag ako sa support nila sabi nag down daw networks nila, after nun bumalik connection ko, eto resulta mula thursday hanggang ngayon...



mataas na latency ko, puro rto pa? nag report ako nung friday papadala daw sila ng tech... ni anino ng tech wala akong nakitang dumating sa shop ko...
saturday morning tumawag taga bayantel sa shop... kamusta daw connection... sabi ko mataas pa rin ping ko.. di pa tapos ako magsalita sinabi agad sige po papadala ako ng lineman namin
dyan... bastos diba? sana pinatapos mo muna ako magexplain sayo... 9:30 am tumawag ang bayantal 1:00 pm na.. asan ang lineman.. connection ko ? ganun pa din... costumers ko? wala..
baket sino ba naman matutuwa nag fafacebook kayo nag fafarmville bigla ma ddc... nag oonline game bigla ma ddc.. nde lang basta dc.., every 20 mins dc internet... nde lang yan...
RTO sunod sunod... ikaw costumer matutuwa ka? nde diba?

paki aksyunan nman ang problema ko pls lang FFS... nakaka sira sa negosyo.. alam ko wala akong karapatang magalit.. kaya nde ako galit... im just asking for a help.. maraming salamat bayantel. sana maayos na koneksyon ko..

What happens to the DSL light when you get disconnected? Does it remain steady? Does it blink? Ilang PCs ang connected? Is it the same if you just have one PC connected to the modem?
