I recently upgraded my plan to 1999. My problem is that the speed you've given me is for plan 1499... My speedtest... This speed is consistent. Not even close to what bayandsl should provide. Kung 1.8mbps okay pa sana. I think there is a mixed-up. I've seen someone posting plan 1499 having speed of 2.0mbps, good for them. Unfortunately for me, its the other way around. I've been using bayandsl for 4years now... I was hoping you would provide good service. Please fix this problem... Account number: 318263515

Further, we won't be able to follow up anything with the technical support hotline if you do not post your account number. This is just a Forum and we forward concerns with the connection to the technical support hotline. It is also necessary that you report this FIRST to the technical support hotline prior to posting it here, and before we can make any follow ups.
FLAMERS shall be severely sanctioned!!! Please lang MATINONG TANONG LANG SANA ANG ITANONG instead of NONSENSE ONES. The Forum is NOT an Online Technical Support. For your DSL/Phone concerns please call the hot lines FIRST before posting it in the Forum. This includes requests for port resets, DSL connection footprints (ATT and SNRs), requests for technicians and repairs. Please read the Bayan Forum Rules. If the post is in size 6 or big sized font, it means I am addressing you as a moderator. If the post is in the default size, it means I am Mikos the plain subscriber. Bayan Forum Rules

Funny. I know that many TSRs are not aware of the Forum. They are not likely to do that as they know this is not an online technical support. We are just really a Forum of subscribers of BayanDSL.
Anyways, I will be making a follow up on this with the Bayan Moderators. Thank you.paul100800 wrote:Yes, I already did that. They told me to post it here.

Thanks... I hope that they would do something about this or I'll be force to downgrade may Plan to the speed they've given me. Quote:Funny. I know that many TSRs are not aware of the Forum.
