im from davao city area. kninang 1 pm po nawala ung dial tone at na DISCONNECT AKO sa internet. im using bayantel DSL plan 899. and now at 4 Pm nawala na nman ang dial tone and sabay disconnect ako sa internet.. whats the problem? what can i do?  for 3 years in the bayantel and my DSL plan, ngaun lng ako nka experience ng ganito.. account number: 324527680

Are you sure? I checked your account at wala namang telephone line sa account mo. Stand alone DSL lang po ang nasa account number na 324527680. User, [yoo-zer] n. Please kindly check your account number. Do you have other Bayantel account/s? Kung meron man, baka kasi sa ibang account number included ang phone line mo. Wala po kasing phone line na included sa account number 324527680. Saka bakit 'di ka pa po magpaupgrade? nakasubscribe ka parin kasi sa 384 kbps @ 899 php. Puwede mo naman po ipa-convert yan sa 768 kbps @ 899 php. Or... 1 mb @ 999 php. 100 php lang ang difference ng 1 mb compare sa current service na binabayaran mo ngayon na 899 'di ba?  Tawag ka na sa 411-2000 for upgrade! User, [yoo-zer] n. The word computer professionals use when they mean "idiot".

Good suggestion Jargonman. Yun lang if he has static IP with that line, baka mawala yun if he upgrades. I know some people who has static IP at that old plan. Not sure though kung meron sa kaniya.

If you only have DSL on your account, and you do not have a dial tone, you will need the help of the technical support hotline. DSL technicians na ang nag aayos niyan pag walang dial tone ang DSL only service. And that is expected. Once nawawala ang dial tone sa isang DSL only plan, talagang magloloko yung internet.
