Will do a follow up on this thru our Bayan Moderators.

What speed are you getting from www.speedtest.net with QC as the test server?

Nice advise on the part of Firefox, unfortunately for the modem part, that is considered as modem tampering. We do not allow such advise here. Further, your advise regarding the modem is false. That is no longer the default username for Bayan's modems. As for the technicians of Bayan, you can always email customersupport@bayan.com.ph and provide your feedback. Chances are if you are within the industry of DSL in the Philippines, you will be surprised. So better be careful with your comments and do not generalize as not all of them are like that, unless you are more au fait with DSL that you can prove it that all of them are like that. Thank you.

I will make another follow up on this but what happened after your call to the CS? If the technician advised you that they need to repair something in the facility, after that, your connection should improve. Do you still have the same problem?
