Fault ticket no. 8976514 still open and Im getting negative results here. Laging sinasabi ng technician na walang problema (They already visited 2x since the opening of the fault ticket).

I think the Bicol region is stuck with ****** and lazy techs.<<<sad but true.



No demaning words please. These kinds are better off indicated in the email regarding technicians sent to customersupport@bayan.com.ph.

Any updates? I'm getting a little bit impatient here. 2 weeks na ang problema ko. Paulit ulit na lang sinasabi ng techs. I can't settle for less than what they are promising. I am a good payer and Im expecting good services. Based on experiences, Bayan's internet service isn't bad at all, what the company must do is to replace techs with real techs so that the subscribers won't suffer the consequences. I am sorry for those non-IT subscribers, parang madali silang mabola ng (fake)techs.

Your modem has been replaced this morning? Fault ticket status is under 24hrs monitoring. Feel free to call 181 if the problem recurs.

yes sir. but im still observing it. im trying different router setups to further isolate the problem. dun na sa router ung autoconnect hindi na sa modem.

Mas advisable na sa router yung auto-connect. The modems of Bayan are not designed to be router-gateways. Have you observed if the same problem also happens with just the modem connected directly to your PC?

yes sir. lahat na setup nagawa ko na. unfortunately, kahit bago na modem, ganun pa rin. laging nagdidisconnect. very heavy ang disconnection during daytime, minimal during nighttime. so out of the picture na modem. physical lines na lang. Impossible yta sir kung software ang may pakana ng lahat. pabalik balik lang techs dito, ayaw naman nila i rewire ung juncion sa post. thanks

sa totoo lang po sir, nangyari na tong problem sakin, naayos naman nila by rewiring the junction on the electric post. pero not this time, lagi nilang sinasabi na wala naman problema, although di naman nila inaakyat ung poste. wala naman siguro mawawala kung i rerewire nila yun para mas lalong ma isolate problem.

sir, ilang beses na nadispatch ung unit, wala pa rin. no progress at all. parang lumala pa nung zte modem na ginamit. im telling them that they rewire the junction sa post, ayaw nila eh. im tired of hearing them saying "sir, pakimonitor na lang tpos tawag uli kayo"...


i think im getting used to this.

eto lang ginagawa nila:

1) check dns
2) ayusin ang wire sa likod ng pc
3) check dns
4) ayusin ang wire sa likod ng pc
5) check dns
6) you know what is next

hello po! bago lang po ako sa forum. naghahanap kasi ako ng help sa web. nabasa ko po mga problems dito, ganito rin po ang problema ko. nag umpisa po ito since June, 2010. sobrang dc sa araw, ilang minutes palang dc na. madalas pa nga wala pa 1 minute dc na. pero pag gabi, mga 10/11/12 pm hanggang mga 5 am, maganda nmn. bihira ma dc,minsan pa nga tuloy tuloy e.halos araw araw ko n po ito nirereport at pinupuntahan ng tech pero ganun pa rin problem. since june, more or less 5x na napalitan modem at splitter. pinalitan ko na rin ng bago ung telephone wire from splitter to modem. pero ganun pa rin. hays, sana maayos na nila to, di kasi makapag-games ng matino e. salamat po

update ko lang po. kapupunta lang po ng tech ngayon. may nakita syang bulok na telephone wire sa labas. pinakita pa nga po nya sakin ung tinanggal nya e. un daw ang sa tingin nya na problema. pero after 13 minutes ng magandang connection, eto pa dc dc na naman po e. eto habang tinatype ko to, 5x na po na dc. obserbahan ko lang po up to noon saka ko ipa follow up sa hotline.
