sir, pa help po nawawala po ang connection ko, una po nagkaroon ng problema ang dsl nung saturday then pagkatapos nagkaroon na paputol putol na po connection ko. nawawala wala na po ang dsl light then nagkakaroon then mga ilang minuto nawawala uli. pa help po. kung pwede po gawan na po ito ng report kasi po standalone po ako wala po akong matawagan ngayon dahil wala po akong telepono. ito po acount number ko 330422971

Yikes....
We can't do that sir. The technical support hot line will just reject that since requirement nila yun na dapat directly pumunta (o mag email) o tumawag muna ang forumer sa kanila. Follow up lang ang pwede namin gawin dito. You can also contact them at 181 from any Bayan Phone.
Now if you do not want to call since stand alone ka nga, you can also email them: customersupport@bayan.com.ph. Be sure to include your account number, name of the account holder, and your contact numbers. Be sure to provide a description of the problem you are experiencing in the body of your email. As soon as they reply, you can give us the fault ticket number here if they gave you one so we can follow it up.

pumunta na po ang technician dito kahapon pero hindi naman po naputol ang connection kaya ang sabi tawag na lang daw po uli ako sa 181

sir, ok na po ung connection ko ng ilang araw, pero ngayon po uli nagkkaroon na naman po ako ng problema about sa dsl, intermittent connection na naman po ang nangyayari napuputol na naman po ang connection ko tapos ang tagal bago bumalik, ok naman po ang dsl light di naman po nagbliblink. tumawag po ako kanina sa 181 ang sabi po may problema daw po sa opac. pwede po ba pa check ang opac. salamat po

I am having same problem here... right after the installation my connection work out fine, and after a week intermittent connection... on the router (ZTE ZXDSL 831) sometimes the DSL indicator LED keeps on flashing frequently... you know when it comes to gaming we need a stable connection... ^_^... just recently I got every 1 minute interval on and off DSL LED indicator. Then last night totally no connection. Yet still on and off internet connection. Yeah both stand alone... I hope my connection will work out fine after I requested to check my connection lately... Thanks sa mag rereply na Mod...

Kenny so that we can better discuss your problem, please start your own thread, post your account number, and the advise of the technical support hot line when you have reported the problem to them (include any fault ticket numbers or report numbers they provided you).
