Yong High Ping Po Yong problem nasa letter kuna po,

Present po yong Problem ng Time Out sa BTI sa mga Ip address ko na 121.97.118.44 and 121.97.118.57.

Normal po ba yong May time Out doon kasi yong isang account ko na iba yong IP Address 125.212.66.X hindi kasi present yong problem Sa HOP 6

Affected na mga Site na test ko is Facebook.com, Friendster.com, Yahoo.com.

FT9867024
acct number 340830822 and 338115598 are
on same package NetStarter with different datarate.
They belong to same ipblock. That is why the performance
w/ regards to the route are the same. Our subscriber
compare this two w/ the 3rd account w/ is
a Net Value. If They are happy with the performance
on their 3rd account w/c is NetValue then we recommend
change by upgrading to NetValue.

Sana ma ayos na agad yong problema kasi pressent yong Problem sa dalawang account ko. mataas kasi ping rate sa Friendster, Facebook, Yahoo.com Garena.com.ph
ok yong Bit rate download ko 300kb/s

Can You Give Me a Special Number for the Sales Representative to Open Me a Netvalue 2mbps? May Plan is to Disconnect acct number 340830822 Since this is on 15 day Demo. Upgrade Existing Account 338115598 to NetValue 2mbps

Yes sir stop selling na po sya pero existing pa yung config nya sa system. If you want to you can request to upgrade it to NetValue. Pa-CLOSE mo na po yung FT para makagawa ng service order for upgrade.

Ok papa close kuna, then wag mulang close tong Topic, since nandito lang naman ako palagi, dito narin ako post sa mga Problem ko sa Plan, para hindi maraming New Topic Doon.

sabi ng Tech dito Normal lang daw problem ko. Ewan ko bakit declare sila ng ganyan. 121.97.118.XX sapalay ko lahat na IP block na same sakin same Route, experience diin ng ganyan, ang dami namin may problema 254 ata subcriber.

Hindi kuna man yan upgrade kasi same route diin yan, 2MBPS yong isa at 3mbps, kahit 5mbps payan same diin result.

Netpremium yong mataas, maganda tingnan pero hindi ako sure, guaranteed bayan since same Route naman sa Hilongos to your Data Center.

Sana ma look out tong flaw IP Block/Route 121.97.118.XX kasi Netstarter na Plan Bago palang na implement, demanganda pag mayganitong problema.

Yong Account 338115598 na Dati NetValue 1.5mbps 125.X.X.X yong ip niya, wala problem sa Tracert, pina upgrade ko to Netstarter 1 Month ago kasi mura at maganda daw. then 3 days after sabi ng tech dito bagagohin nila ip address, THEN Doon Na NagkaProblema.

Notroublefound Sana Ma Forward mo Tong Problem sa DATA CENTER NIYO DNOC.

OK naman yong bandwidth ng Bayantel na-aabot koyong Rated na sinasabi sa plan yon lang kung ako download ng malaking file naka flashget.
