I recently viewed a thread concerning a free upgrade from a 899 plan to 999 that are subscribing for 10 months or more. I wish to avail that free upgrade if possible, and also i think we've been subscribing the 899plan for about 3 years now. Here's our account number 320547512 . Thanks

You may call them direct from any Bayan Phone by dialing 181. You may also email them at customersupport@bayan.com.ph. Be sure to include the name of the account holder, account number, and other information pertaining to the account (like address, current subscription plan, etc), your contact number, as well as a description of your request (like inquiry for upgrade, etc) in the body of your email.
You may also visit the nearest Bayan Center if you have the time.
