hello po! bago lang po ako sa forum. naghahanap kasi ako ng help sa web. nabasa ko po mga problems dito, ganito rin po ang problema ko. nag umpisa po ito since June, 2010. sobrang dc sa araw, ilang minutes palang dc na. madalas pa nga wala pa 1 minute dc na. pero pag gabi, mga 10/11/12 pm hanggang mga 5 am, maganda nmn. bihira ma dc,minsan pa nga tuloy tuloy e.halos araw araw ko n po ito nirereport at pinupuntahan ng tech pero ganun pa rin problem. since june, more or less 5x na napalitan modem at splitter. pinalitan ko na rin ng bago ung telephone wire from splitter to modem. pero ganun pa rin. hays, sana maayos na nila to, di kasi makapag-games ng matino e. salamat po
update ko lang po. kapupunta lang po ng tech ngayon. may nakita syang bulok na telephone wire sa labas. pinakita pa nga po nya sakin ung tinanggal nya e. un daw ang sa tingin nya na problema. pero after 13 minutes ng magandang connection, eto pa dc dc na naman po e. eto habang tinatype ko to, 5x na po na dc. obserbahan ko lang po up to noon saka ko ipa follow up sa hotline.

DSL light goes off, then blinks afterward. actually sir after ko ipost to, nag steady ung connection ng 1 hour++ bago na dc, then 1 hr++ n naman, dc ulit. ngayon dc na naman ako ng dc :D
try ko pa observe baka tumino mamaya e.

Hmmm....
I will make a follow up on this through our Bayan Moderators. Just wait for any feedback coming from any of our Moderators.
For the meantime, you may try doing the following (whichever is applicable in your case), as these can help make your connection better in the long run:
1) Check if your modem is near any of the following devices: TV sets (CRT Monitors also), UPS, AVRs, transformers, high powered lamps, huge speakers, base of wireless phones, refrigerators, air con, routers (if you own one, it is not advisable that it is inches beside the modem, 12-24 inches distance is recommended), and other similar devices. 2) Check also if the phone cable connecting the modem to the ADSL filter for any bites, exposed wires or irregularities. 3) Check also the brown cable connecting the phone jack to the box outside of your house for any irregularities, bite marks, or exposed wires. 4) Check also if the phone cable connecting the modem to the ADSL filter is the correct length (roughly three meters). 5) If you have a carpet like table cloth where you place the modem, better place a thick book in between as this can cause static electricity and thus affect your internet connection. 6) Make sure that the modem is in a well ventilated area. 7) Check if the phone cable connecting the modem to the ADSL filter is mingling with many wires coming from other appliances. If it does, better isolate or segregate them and move the modem's phone cable away from the other wires. 8) If you use phone extensions, please remove them as the ADSL filter supplied during the installation can only handle one phone unit.

ilang hours ko ulit inobserbahan.tumatagal tlga ng 1 hour+ then DC. and just a while ago, may tumawag sa phone. pag angat nila ng handset, ayun DC. could it be na sira yung splitter? kapapalit lang nila nun just about 2 weeks ago ah. hays

It would be best kung titingnan ito ng technician. papa-double check ko ito bukas kasi sabi dito restored open wire dw knina... kapag ito nag-bigyan ng feedback ni tech bukas update mo ito agad... para hindi ko close un report mo..

sige po Sir. maraming salamat. tama po, pinakita pa nga po sakin nung tech yung pinutol nya na busted wire e. update lang po ulit. after 4 hours ng continuous stable connection, kadi DC ko lang po twice in 5 minutes. hopefully, magtuloy tuloy na ulit.

dumating ang tech. may maluwag daw na something sa main box. ilang beses pa rin ako na dc, obserbahan ko na lang to. kasi baka dahil lang sa masama ang panahon ngayon. closed na po yung report ko. sana lang tlgang umayos na. maraming salamat po.

Sir na-close na po ung report ko kahapon e. ganun pa rin naman, grabe ang DC sa araw, tumitino lang mga 10 pm hanggang mga 5 am. nkkasawa na magreport ng magreport Sir, almost a month na kasi ganito to. all possible problems na-check na ng mga tech pero wala pa rin.

pasensya wala kasi ako pasok kahapon hindi ko nabantayan ito sa bahay.... BTW, meron siya report sa phone account na checking ng dropwire..

ba't po ba ganun? parang may schedule yung disconnection nyo? laging na dDC every 1sec~2mins, 5am~8am. Paki explain naman po bakit ganun.
PS: na DC ako habang tinatype ko toh.

Na d DC pa rin sya sir ng araw, pero hindi na talamak. unlike nung mga past weeks na ni hindi mka 1 hour yung connection e na DC na. atleast kahapon(tuesday) tumatagal na sya ng 1 hour to 3 hours na stable. nireport ko nga pala ito kahapon ng 1 pm dahil kapag may tumatawag at pagka angat ng handset ay na d DC. dumating nmn agad yung tech, ang sabi may inayos sya sa main box at chineck nya rin yung box d2 sa bahay. hindi na nya pinalitan ung splitter kasi tinesting namin, pinatawagan nya at hindi nga naman na d DC. obserbahan ko pa rin kung ano na ang improvement.
report # 9341924 - closed na to kanina after ayusin ng tech.
