ano po ibig sabihin nito? ilang beses ko na din po ito napansin. na-d DC ako sa game or nag-stop ang download o ang video stream, pero di naman nagte-turn off ang DSL light ng modem.  Account # 303715703

Sir, advise lang po:
Your account have multiple closed FTs already. If you think the problem is not yet solved, please do not agree to the FT being closed. Pwede naman po yun. I also do advise that you be around when you deal with the technician that way, you can keep the FT open if you feel hindi naayos yung problem. Once the closure of the FT is acknowledged it means the problem has been resolved po.

i'm sorry about that. nahihiya lang kasi ako sa tech kapag may pinapapirma silang something, naiisip ko kasi na di sila mababayaran kapag di nila na-close yung report. do they get something po ba kapag na-close out nila ang isang report? hehe just curious...
by the way, yung tanong nyo, DC po ang internet yun in general. nag-ooff yung DSL light. yung tungkol naman po sa screenshot ng ping, sa tingin ko po is DC po tlga ang internet nun kasi 1) na DC ako sa game 2) nag failed ang download ko 3) nag stop ang video stream sa youtube nakakapagtaka lang po kasi hindi naman nag-off yung DSL light, steady lang sya nung "Destination net unreachable" - "RTO" - then biglang ok na ulit. this month lang to nangyari.
UPDATE: Sir so far, kahapon ng nagconnect ako ng around 10 am till this moment, i don't think na-DC ako. hmm does this mean ok na connection ko? well, sana nga :)

ser etong sakin, medyo ok na. nitong last 2days, less DC na ko. cgro di aabot ng 5 ang DC in 24 hrs. ewan kung bakit naayos. kanina nga nung dumating yung tech, ask nya kung ano ang problema, ang sabi ko "ok na po" ayun nagpapirma na lang ng papel tapos umalis na ahaha. sana lang magtuloy tuloy. basta ser wag ka magsawang magreport, o gaya nga ng sabi ni sir Mikos, wag mo ipa-close yung ticket mo. sabihin mo for observation muna. pag wala pa rin mangulit ka lang. pero yung may pag-galang naman ser. sadly, nitong umaga up to now, wala kaming dial tone. at puro RTO at pa DC DC ulit ang connection...
parang pinatikim lang ako ng 2 days na magandang connection tapos ganito ulit. hayz...

sir na try na po ba ng techician na i check yung linya nyo mula sa main box papunta sa phone at modem kasi kung almost 2 years na yung line may possible na baka may damage na yung line

AFAIK sir e na-try ng icheck ng tech yung line, naalala ko pa nga na meron syang pinakita sakin na pinutol nyang corroded na wire. im just not sure kung galing ba tlga yun sa line namin. tsaka almost a month na rin nung nagpalit ako ng flat wire na bago.

sir magkalayo po ba yung phone at modem mo kaya ginamitan mo na flat core. na check na ba nila ginamitan ba nila eh kung isuggest mo na palitan na lang kaya yung linya ( jacketed wire) mula sa main box papunta sa phone at modem. yung main box po ba maayos pa ba. o naka open na sya ganyan din kasi yung sa akin dati medyo may kalumaan na at hindi na maayos kaya tinanung ko sa tech kung pwede palitan sabi naman nung tech pwede daw. kaya pinapalitan ko na lang pagtapos nun ok na uli ang connection ko. kasi kung hindi ma kita ng technician ang pinagmumulan ng trouble paulit ulit lang sila pupunta dyan ng hindi nila na aayos

eto ang nkakatawa sir. nagrequest ako nyan na mapalitan yung box dito sa labas ng bahay. 3x na ata, di ko po alam kung mali ang nilalagay na report ng CSR na nakakausap ko o tinatamad lang yung tech na pumunta mismo dito sa bahay para magpalit. kasi kahapon nigrequest ulit ako, tapos kanina daw(as usual hindi ako ang nkausap), tumawag yung tech at tinanong kung may dial tone na, anong klaseng tanong yun? e ang sinabi ko sa CSR ay "nagrerequest ako para mapalitan yung lumang box dito sa labas ng bahay na wala nang takip". hayz, magpa-follow na naman tuloy ako o magpa-file ng panibagong ticket.
off topic na ata kasi sa DSL support to hehe

ganun ba sir. siguro mas maganda mag iwan ka ng cel number mo o other contact number para bago pumunta yung tech eh ma inform ka na papunta na sya sa inyo or mag bigay ka ng schedule sa CSR na nan dun ka lang sa inyo. pag dumating yung tech ng dsl para maka usap mo abuti kung physical line ang problema para maireport nya na yun ang problema at wag kang papayag na maiclose yung ticket mo hangang hindi naayos ang problema

nagreport po ulit ako kasi talagang intermittent DC as in di tumatagal ng 10 mins dc na. mga 2 mins palang ata dc na. sabi po ng CSR ay may active na ticket na daw po pala.

Hi Admins, and hi fellow Bayantel Dsl customers. Alam ko po kung bakit na DDC minsan. nkatira ako mlapit sa Box ng Bayantel. Di ko alam kung anong tawag dun. pero Im sure dun kami nakaconnect sa malaking box na un...
@Admins: ntutuwa po ako sa connection ng DSl ng bayantel kasi mabilis at hindi nwawala. Pero may mga tao po tlgang walang mgawa kundi gumawa ng kalokohan. mga basura ng lipunan. Ilang beses na po nilang ginawa, nilalagari po nila ung linya ng bayantel, kinukuha nila ung wires. ewan ko kung anong napapala nila dun. mura lang nmn ang bentahan nun. tuwing 1 am hangang 3 am po sila umaatake. wala nmn pong mgawa ung mga tao sa paligid kasi pag lumalapit kami sa knila binabantaan nmn kami. nakakotse po sila at may dalang baril ung isa.
Buti na nga lang mabilis umaksyon ang bayantel kasi 1 day lang ncoconnect connect kga nila ung hundred wires na un. nakakaawa na lang ung mga line man kasi pabalik balik na lang sila. bugbug na nga ung wire sa mga putol eh.... Hays, sana mahuli na ung mga walang mgawang nananabutahe ng connection ng Bayantel. so far napapatunayan nmn ng bayantel na ok silang ISP.,,.,. Siguro inggit lang ung ibang networks kaya sinasabutahe nila ung connection..
@Admins: Sana po gumawa kayo ng hakbang para mahuli ung mga pumuputol ng linya nyo. I'm willing to help and cooperate. kasi tlgang perwisyo po talga sila at ang tatapang pa.
