maganda sana sir kasi mga 3x lang ata ako na DC ngayong araw. kaya lang eto naman ang problema ngayon

ang rate ko nga pala ay 768 kbps

grabe pa DC DC pa rin hanggang ngayon mula kaninang nagsimula umulan/ambon. itinawag ko sa 4112000, inireset lang, observe ko daw 1 hour tapos tawag ko ulit kapag ganun pa rin. hayz, ano ba silbi ng reset? base sa experience ko, wala naman nagagawa ang reset e.

Malaki ang nagagawa ng port reset. It can actually remove a lot of noise interference in the line which is the most common cause of disconnections. If that does not work, it means there is a physical problem within your connection that needs to be checked by a technician. Just an observation you get the DCs when it rains. Chances are me bleed yung line mo pag ganun. Mahirap ayusin pag ganiyan. So keep on reporting the problem that way malaman nila na me sira pa yung connection. It is possible that the bleeds may not just be located in one place but in multiple places. When I say bleeds, possible na me butas yung line mismo or exposed yung copper connection due to wear and tear along the route of your connection. Pag ganun kasi na exposed yung copper cabling me moisture na nakakapasok sa cable mismo and this causes shorts, especially during the wet seasons, thus you get disconnected.

sir yung speed ng net ganun pa rin gaya ng screenshots ko sa taas. ranging from 200-400 kbps, 768 kbps po dapat ang normal e. pero kapag sod naman mahigit 1mbps. bkt kaya ganito.

2 days na pong ganito. di ko pa kasi nireport kasi akala ko normal lang un since kkaayos lang. report ko na lang mamaya.

aw binabawi ko na yung sinabi ko haha. nka-sod ngayon pero ganun pa rin yung speed. nagtataka lang ako kasi kagabi nung sod 1mbps+ yung speed e. pero ngayon hindi bumilis.

normal lang ba na bumababa ang speed? 768 kbps subscriber ako, pero nitong last 4 days. naobserbahan ko na pag normal time, nagre-range from 200 kbps - 500 kbps lang ang speed ko. ok naman pag nka SOD 1.1 - 1.3 mbps. tsaka kapag mga 6 am hanggang bandang 12 noon, pa dc dc ako connection. 12noon/1 pm - SOD less DC un lang mababa ung speed.

yang obserbasyon na yan ay consistent nitong nakalipas na apat na araw.

nagfa- fluctuate ba tlga ang connection? kasi bago ako tatawag sana sa hotline, sinubukan ko ulit. from 500+ kbps, naging 700 kbps na. after ilang minutes, try ko, 400+ kbps na, ilang minutes, 600 kbps na, tapos 400 kbps, at eto before posting this, sinubukan ko at 700+ kbps na ulit. ang gulo ah

dipa rin talaga siguro na-fix nung last time. nung nagreport ako na kapag umuulan ay biglang mad-DC then start na ng intermittent connection. kasi nung mga araw na kahit ambon lang, nad-DC na agad. then kanina umulan, biglang naputol ang connection, pero meron naman dial tone ang phone. tapos start nun intermittent na. e dahil kelangan na kelangan ko ng net na di napuputol, napilitan tuloy akong mag computer shop na lang. at eto nga kanina lang ay nagreport ako

sana naman pati yung PL tignan talaga nila ng mabuti at hindi yung puro sa main box lang. kasi lagi nila sinasabi "sir may inayos kaming something dito sa main box. yun po ang dahilan kung bakit nad-DC kayo tuwing umuulan" hayz, puro ganyan na lang linya nila. kung sa main box nga ang dahilan, e bakit after nila ayusin, tapos umulan/umambon e nad-DC at magiging intermittent na ang connection pa rin? tapos kapag sinabi mo naman sa kanila yun, sasabihin nila "kasi sir ang problema talaga ay yung facility dito, medyo hindi maganda". kapag may sasabihin ka, may dahilan sila, pero paulit-ulit lang din naman. ayoko ko na lang kasi makipagtalo kaya kapag naubusan na ako ng tanong, nag "ahh" na lang ako, di rin naman kasi ako warfreak e hehe

pero sana talaga maayos na ng tuluyan. I'm still hoping na ma-fix na.
