Please report the problem FIRST to the customer support hot line by calling 412-12-12 or 171 (direct from any Bayan Phone if you are in the province). You may also email them at customersupport@bayan.com.ph. Please include your account number, contact numbers, and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing in the body of your email.
Please read the Forum Rules, too.
Thank you.

This is also happening to us right now. Problema lang, di ka rin maka-contact sa 412-1212 (laging ring lang or busy), syempre pag sa pldt ka tumawag ng 171, sa pldt papasok. i just emailed the customer support email, so far after 3hrs naman sumasagot pero iba pa rin yung may makakausap kang customer service.
