wala nb talaga kaung solution sa pa DC DC na internet connection?
meron na pumunta d2 na technician tapos after 3days bumalik n naman. lagi nalang ako na DDC tapos meron pa ata charge sa bill pag meron pumupunta na technician d2 para ayusin ung internet.. sinasadya b yan para meron dag dag sa bill..
amp.. tapos ang bagal pa ng net ko 1mbps plan ng net ko tapos pag speed test ako .54KBPS lang. sana maayo nio na connection ng bayantel. e2 account number ko. 307898799

What happens to your DSL when you get disconnected? Does it stay steady? Does it go off? Ano advise ng technical support? The slow speeds you are getting is possibly due to the intermittent connection you are experiencing. I also do know for a fact that technicians sent to repair the DSL does not incur additional charges, unless the repairs requested go beyond what is covered by the regular service offered by BayanDSL. You may check your bill details with the hot line. But if the repairs are just recent, they will not be included in your most recent bill. Better consult the technical support hot line or the nearest Bayan Center regarding the details of your bill.

Call 4112000 for fault ticket creation. Wala pong bayad ang repair. I have checked your account and I don't see any hidden/repair charges in your bill.
