Other than SPEEDTEST.NET, you could try using the PLDT Play Bandwidth Meter. Try it at http://www.pldtdsl.net/ then click take the Broadband speedtest then click Run Test Now under the meter image.

Try ko nman sana the otherway around. pldt account using bayantel's own speedtest site. pero binablock ng bayan ang pldt.

It is only moot-and-academic that in testing your ISP's speed you use the server maintained by your ISP. The speedtest you are referring to will still bring you to the www.speedtest.net site with the PLDT server as the test server. It is no different from accessing the www.speedtest site directly and then choosing another server as your test server.
It is recommended that for BayanDSL subscribers they use www.speedtest.net and Quezon City as the test server. Closing this thread.
