Ok na po na transfer na connection ko pero tama ba na yung dati kong modem ang ginamit samantalang nagbayad naman ako ng another NEW INSTALLATION FEE? Di ba dapat bago lahat? Pati modem dapat BnEW
Take note...sobrang bagal pa ng net..

Malayo bang area na transfer mo, yan kasi diin nayayari pag area is unmaintainance dahil sa Bagyo Basyang or Area Conquested na.
Mag send kanarin ng Report sa Mabagal na DSL mo. Pingtest, Tracert at Speedtest.
Sana Nga bago diin yong DSL Modem since same diin manlang yong Free sa New Plan for New Installation.

Take note...sobrang bagal pa ng net.. Yung installation fee na binayaran nyo po is for the cables na nilatag, even your old modem hindi po iyon ang binayaran nyo nung first installation, pinahiram lng po sa inyo ni Bayan yung modem  Kung mabagal net mo post mo po yung speedtest mo.

tama po si sir NTF since wala naman siningil si bayantel sa atin para sa modem kundi yung installation fee lang para sa line na inilagay nila sa bahay natin, kaya same modem talaga ang gagamitin kung sakali na mag change location tayo

Nung nag speedtest ka po ba naka-direct yung modem sa isang PC lng? Properly configured nmn po yung circuit nyo into plan 999 w/c is up to 1Mbps.

kung kanina po sila pumunta dated 08-02-2010..nasa bahay po ang misis ko....
sarado lang talaga ang pinto...
