Based on your last fault ticket that I created, it was visited by a Bayan tech and he found out that your PC has virus infection that is why you are experincing these problems. Have you tried to scan your PC? Have you tried to checked it by a PC technician if there's malwares or virus?

Just merely checking your connection as your PC uses the connection a technician can actually say if your PC has viruses in it. I have done this kind of thing several times at work also where by merely observing the connections made by a PC thru the internet, we can more or less gauge whether the PC is infected or not. Thus, it is not an impossibility to detect whether a PC is infected or not even without checking the PC itself.
I do not exactly know what are your habits in terms of protecting your PC, but by merely using an updated AV against malware and spyware is NOT enough.aures_88 wrote:how come they know that my pc ha s a virus infection if they did not able to check my pc because at that time when the bayan tech come to my home, that was also the time i am reformatting my pc..
