Now may I respectfully ask, how did your comment here actually help the TS (Agnes)? We already know you have your own set of problems because you have your own thread. If there is a will there is a way. If we need to get something done, we can always find the time to do it.
If you gave out your BayanDSL username and password, that can be used on any Bayan Phone with an active DSL line. Which means, if a friend of yours decided to play a prank and uses your username and password on his Bayan Phone with an active DSL line, then you will experience disconnections also as the system will not allow that a username be authenticated twice in the system at the same time in two different locations. I do not see the point of people doing this though since they are still required to pay for their own subscriptions. However, if you have a DSL Plan higher than the entry level plans (899 and 999), you really have to be very careful about your username and password since the speed of the connection is inherent in the username being used. The chat support functionality of the Bayan site is currently non-functional. I do know for a fact that they already stopped the chat support a few years back. You can request to change your password into your desired password thru email. Just send an email request to customersupport@bayan.com.ph.

kakapagod din kc po magreklamo..first two mos every week nagrereklamo ako,tpos pupunta tech nyo..may gagalawin tas la man nangyari gnun padin connection ko,..pang 3 mos ko na to na ganto net ko,,...

Technology is not perfect. Sometimes it takes patience to resolve it. After all, if we do not inform them what happens, then they won't be able to fix it. Take note that technology did take time to get where it is now. It goes the same when repairing it. I understand the frustration. We always have a choice. Either we keep on trying or simply give up. kung may phone lng sana dito sa bahay..kaso wala man kelangan ko pa lumabas.dati kc sbi nila titignan sa connection box sa office tapos di na babalik khit di pa nga ayos.

ngaung umaga mabilis xa kaso putolputol naman,haha,ayos talga,kelan kaya magiging mabilis tas di putolputol.ganun pa din ang net pag umaga..hay di nagtatagal ng one min..parang nagsusunog lng ako ng pera ko haha..

meron pumunta dito technician hinawakan lng modem ko kung mainit.tpos pina elevate skin modem,nag tagal naman net ko 28 mins haha ngaun blik sa dati

Since hindi yan ma-ayos then and Moderators medyo moderated ng bayantel. WHy not Disconnect muna lang yang Connection/ Plan sa Bayantel. then apply kang bago sa kanila. Or kung ganon parin Last Option Find a New Provider. Sasabihin kunalang kasi alam ko gusto yan sabihin ng iba.

Kung Hindi Pwede pa Putol Linya. Pwede ka Reclamo sa NTC. or Request ka ng Rebates dahil Walang magandang Serbesyo ha ihahatid saiyo. Pwede mo isauli yong Bill para Ma recompute nila.
