Laging DC napapansin ko nung last month pa.. sa umaga grabe yung DC hindi man lang ako makatapos ng isang Dota game sa GG..

ok naman modem, wires, router pati pc ko..

kapag madaling araw minsan lang maDC..

isa na naman po kayong kagaya ko ng experience. after ng basyang talaga ay nagkaproblema na ang connection ko till now. sana madiscover at magawan na ng solusyon ng bayantel ang problemang ito. ang dami nating pare-pareho ng problema kahit magkakaiba ng lugar, so sa tingin ko iisa lang ang sanhi nito.

Have you reported this to the technical support hot line? What have they advised? If you have please post the relevant fault ticket numbers or report numbers including their feedback. I am also from Novaliches but I hardly experience the disconnections. Although I am not saying that you do not have a problem. Each line is totally different from each other. Just be patient and I am certain they can fix that.

Sir.. nakakatamad na tumawag sa customer support..

pauulit ulit na lang pinapagawa.. pati technician nila.. pupunta nga tapos may papalitan tapos coconnect.. tapos pag alis maDDC ulit ng maDDC..

EDIT:

bago pala maDC yung net ko lahat ng ilaw magiging steady.. tapos bigla mawawala ilaw ng DSL pati internet..

i think the pressure is piling up on bayan.. sa tingin ko, physical problem. parang sa akin, hanggang di pa rin maayos, ayaw ng tech eh. :)
