For residential subscribers, this is the same as the username that was assigned to you. Are you on the @skydsl.com.ph or @bayan.com.ph, etc. You can get the info by calling 181.
It is only Business Subscribers that can customize/add their email addresses since they are not required to have usernames since they use static ip addresses. For residential subscribers, we can change our usernames however it will take 24 hours for it to be reactivated or implemented in the system. If you are willing to wait that long, then you can have it customized. Please note that this is subject to availability as no two subscribers can have the same username/email address.pesto wrote: regarding naman sa email address, sabi nyo po ito ay free. is this the same as the username that will be used for the username/password for the dialer? tsaka since hindi po ako nakapaglagay, pde po ba ito ihabol?

Sa ibang ISP ba may "15 days Money Back Guarantee"? Come to think of it not only yourselves
Regarding dun sa pref email add/username and password mo sa DSL, kung hindi mo nailagay yun sa application form mo pwede ka tumawag sa DSL tech support hotline 4112000 at papalitan yun ng desired username and password mo. Just expect a downtime for processing.

Just expect a downtime for processing. Sorry but I disagree on this. Kasi kung ganyan lang, there is deceit or panlilinlang. Hindi ba sa mga ads nakakakita tayo ng asterisk to a statement made or claim? Para "qualified" yung statement and would not be subject to any other interpretation. And worse, tinanong ka about it, and you said yes to 100% money back? Tama ba yun? I don't think so. Besides, hindi ba nagpapa sign kayo ng piece of paper indicating that your first bill will incur a OMA(one month advance) depending on your plan. O bakit iyun dinedeclare nyo sa tao na may babayaran sa first bill, baket yung money back guarantee hindi sinasabi na hindi 100%?
An honest to goodness business doesn't mislead their customers. In fact, kaya nga yan ang marketing campaign ninyo kasi sinasabi ninyo na pro consumer kayo. At the same time by offering a money back guarantee, you're telling the customer that your product is THAT good and you're willing to sacrifice to have their money back. Moreover, if you say that part of the 1000 pesos is going to cover the expenses incurred for the cable wires, again it's just simple. Why don't you declare it or explicitly say it to the customer? Ika nga ng slogan ng bayandsl, "and dali". Bakit hindi madaling sabihin sa customer?
I'm not here to badmouth bayandsl. I actually applied for bayandsl. If you think about it, the possibility of getting customers will be higher if you say that it's 100% refundable compared to telling them it's not. So you've just proved me right.
I think that's not right. That's absurd. And for the sake of argument eh legal yang pagbablacklist dahil hindi nagustuhan service ng bayandsl, ilang pinoy ang kilala mong maraming bahay at magkaron ng maraming address? Or even have the luxury to move from one place to another every 15 days?
Lastly, I don't think it's fair to say that we're only thinking of ourselves.

Ok sorry for what I have implied. I already confirmed this to a Business Manager and he said that our MBG is 100% of your initial cash out, but it is issued thru cheque. Please disregard my statement up there re MBG.

You can make a ff up re your DSL apllication thru phone via 4112000, thru email via customersupport@bayan.com.ph. 2.

OMA (one month advance) is use as a security deposit for refund or to deduct to running bill that the account used upon termination, for example if your cut off is every 19th of the month and your bill run is every 20th of the month if your account was terminated by 25th, the computation for refund will be (899/30=29.96,bill run 20th to 25th=6days*29.96=179.76(your running bill)-899(OMA)= 719.24 (refundable). To clarify OMA is not deducted to current bill or any previous bills, it is refundable

OMA is for both phone 300 and dsl 999 that would be a refund of 1299 (the previous example is based on a stand alone 899 dsl (up to 768kbps-up to 1.2mbps) ), will not be refunded if service is active
