Hi mods and forum people...
i just called bayandsl hotline 1:30 p.m.
my problem was my modem was not turning on after an accidental fall...
all plugs are connected properly... even the power cord...
still it wont power on...
the operator told me, my report no. which is
9915624
there...
after calling i went outside to buy something to eat..
then to my surprise... when i saw my modem.. it was already turned on... well... so unexpected...
didnt mean to call... i was just panicking...
could you please cancel this report...
i already got my modem working... hopefully....
In other words, pakicancel na po...
kawawa naman po ung ppunta na technician d2... kung sakali...
slamat po....

slamat po.... look at the bright side, malay mo kinabukasan hindi na naman mag on. kung pepwede lang papalitan mo na ng bago para wala kanang duda. baka pumalpak pa modem mo in the future. kumbaga may lamat na un modem mo dahil sa pagkakahulog.

Since the cause was accidental fall, it still subscriber's fault so kung papalitan po yung modem nya magbabayad na po sya, as far as I know P2500 po yung modem. Anyway FT has already been cancelled.
