My first post ko po e2

January to July 2010 stable ang connection ko wla DC,
pag dating ng August 2 ng gabi wla na connection hanggang ngaun, gabi2 nawawala connection ko mag start ng 6pm to 7am wlaaa!
12 hours wlang connection blinking modem, halos araw2 na ako tumatawag 181 tech support...davao po location ko. My nag punta na po d2 na tech tapos set-up nya ung modem ko para malaman dao ang problema hangang ngaun wla parin pagbabago...dalawa beses lng punta tech d2 halos araw2 ako tumatawag ganon parin connection ko sa gabi wla umaga ok nmn...

plsss anyone help me....

ganito rin sa akin almost 1 week na starting 9pm to 11am laging dc pero stable pag maghapon parang ayaw pagmit ung sOd ilang beses na rin ako tumawag sa 181 ala naman solution puro reset connection hindi naman nareresolve dapat ito my rebate kami sa bill namin lugi kami.

bumalik na nmn DC parin, iba na ngaun after 15 seconds DC no connection Blinking modem ganon parin 6pm start pag dating ng 7am umaga stable na nmn...report ko na lng 2 bukas sa gabi f DC parin...huhuhu

sabi dao tech hotline my prob dao sa linya dahil my naririnig xa na noise nung tumawag ago.

mag punta na nmn d2 bukas tech! tingnan dao linya ko aw, mamaya pala umaga

sana ma ayus na2.

If that is noise being heard over the phone line, then it simply means that there is interference on the line. Noises (like static noise) over the phone lines can cause problems with the DSL. Let us hope that the technician gets to fix that later. Angel

I recommend you to change frequency of cordless phone some times It may be caused by wireless interference from microwave ovens, routers, gaming devices.

Please post your set up. Are you using a router? Or just a direct PC to modem. Do indicate also if you have a cordless phone, and the location of the modem, including devices within 3 feet distance radius from the modem. Thanks.

Im not using router...just direct pc to modem yung ZTE modem and I don`t have a cordless phone...

location of the modem malapit lng sa system unit ng pc ko manga 1feet yata at ang phone magkatabi lng cla...

wla parin maasar na talga ako august 2 pa nag start wla ako connection sa gabi hanggang ngaun wla parin...
kahapon wlang tech pumunta d2. tumawag na nmn ako ngaun lng ang sabi agent my nag punta dao d2 na tech at wla ako wlang tao sa bahay! nakakaasar dahil d2 lng ako buong araw at nag kausap nga kami ng tech kanina umaga taz sabi ng tech sa agent wla ako wla tao d2 sa bahay hahay!... sabi pa ng tech kanina monitorin ko lng dao, araw-araw na ako monitor ganon parin, pa balik2 lng sinabi ng tech pag punta d2 monitor lng palagi sinasabi...Brick wall

ok nmn connection ko simula January to july ngaun lng talaga august nagka problema...kung hnde pa 2 ma aayus cut off ko na lng sayang pera pinagbabayad ko!

connection ko ngaun every 5-10 seconds DC blinking dsl light ng modem...kaya nka pag post pa ako mamaya ni2 blinking na talga hanggang umaga hnde na mka connect

pasenxa na f my na sabi ako d maganda...

ganyan din sakin eh! puro lang pa asa cla! mas mabuti pa cgro mag palit na ng connection. sayang lng binabayad natin. puro pa asa lng mga toh! i'll tell my friends din na mas ok pa mag pldt kami lahat! nakaka badtrip na kasi!
