Our phone has no dial tone since Aug. 16. Called up service the next day and they gave me a ref no. (183495). Sill no dial tone the whole day of Aug. 17. followed up this 8:00 this morning Aug. 18, they told me that our line was grounded. Here is the sad part, when my husband called 412-1212 at 1pm they told him that ref no. 183495 was already closed and i acknowledged it. Wala naman ako maghapon sa bahay, only my daughter was there. When my husband argued that there was still no dial tone, the call center agent told him that she has no choice but to give him a new Ref. No. 213775. Why a new ref number when the old one hasn't been attended to??? so another 24 hr. wait. PALPAK ba talaga service nyo???

Please read the rules. We do not entertain problems here posted without the account number. If the report number was closed it is because someone from your house acknowledged it. It does not have to be the account holder, as long as someone from your home acknowledged it, it will be closed. Report numbers are just report numbers. A lot of it can be opened. It is just used to track what is going on.

Account Number: 331985198 4th Day still no dial tone! Natapos na namn ang 24hrs sa new Ref. No., sira pa rin. How can we acknowledge the previous Ref. No. when the phone is still not working.
