Why not call the hot line first or email them and then tell us here what happened? We won't be able to do anything to your accounts unless you report this first. You can also email them. Thank you.

Na report nayan Mikhos, nasa second post ko yong reference number.
naputol pala kagabi around 12:30, im not sure ngayon kung mapuputol ba, walang technician pumunta dito since Sunday ngayon i hope sa monday, tatawagn ko office Branch Office nila.
Bad timing lang talaga yong Interminent Disconnection Saturday ng Simula na walang Office dito sa amin
Doon sa ping problem ko dati uma-abot sa 400 ms to 600ms nawala na. nasa 200ms to 300ms Average ako ngayon , 300ms to 380ms kung 6:00pm to 11:00pm
Naputol pala diin ngayon

Active lang po i have to report this to Customer SUpport, dito kasi ng simula ulit yong problem ko after ma fix nila yong intermittent Connection ko.
