Paulit-ulit po disconnection ng DSL namin. Di po kame makapagdownload ng torrent dito kasi parati DC .\
minsan kaka-connect palang disconnect kaagad ... nakakabadtrip na . sana po maayos nyo

The slow speeds is the result of the disconnections you are experiencing. The question is, have you reported this to the hotline? What was their advise? Please share it with us. Thank you.
