Ganyan din sa akin eh walang pinagbago... inaayos daw pero ganon parin, nakikikabit lng cguro ng linya ang bayantel
kaya hindi maganda serbisyo... puro disconnect pagumaga madaling araw mapapaWOW ka sa ganda.

There are only two ISPs that has their own internet backbone in the country. The other one is BayanDSL. You may want to check your facts.

Oh by the way, this post you have here (which I quoted) is off topic. You may want to read the rules as I am really strict about it in the Forum, and I also happen to be the moderator who is very particular about these things. Cooperation does go a long way.

JPS001, you know better than that. You still have this thread: Medyo Unstable after Basyang. You have not updated that. And judging by the content of your post, it has more or less the same concern. So, which shall it be? Shall I close this? Or shall I close the other thread? You decide which one we shall keep active. Either way, one of the threads will be considered as a double post.

I do not even see your account number posted. Not even in your signature, just for the record. So pls, cut the chase and follow the rules.


And further, have you reported this to the technical support hot line already? What have they advised? Last I see here are your ping stats. But not a mention of the advise of the hot line. You know very well the rules here since you are not a newbie. I suggest you follow them. I understand you have a problem with the connection, but that does not excuse you also from not following the rules. We still are a community of subscribers here. Please cut the sarcasm also. It does not help and we do not appreciate it.

Ngaung nakuha ko na attention nyo paki check nalang kung may sumpong ulit si Bayan. Makikita nyo naman na pag umaga hanggang gabi eh hirap na hirap si Bayan magsupply ng internet sakin. Halos hindi na nagbiblink un Internet sa modem. Kung nagbiblink naman un Internet eh ang nakukuha ko ng ping ang mga halimaw (1000+ , 2000+ etc). Ayaw mo maniwala sakin na ganito scenario ko? Magpopost ulit ako ng ping result mamayang madaling araw kasi sa mga time lang na iyon gustong magsupply ni Bayan ng internet. Nagtitipid din yata si Bayan eh kasi ciris ngaun. Kung pwede lang magmura dito eh gagawin ko pero hindi pwede. Alam mo kahit may pinag aralan ang isang tao hindi sa lahat ng pagkakataon ay makokontrol mo ang galit mo kasi tao lang tayo at natural lang iyon. Kung pwede lang basagin ko na itong modem sa sobrang ini ko ngaun. Sa pag o-open palang ng bayan forum eh hirap na hirap na ako kasi ni ayaw na mag load ng page at eto lang ang naka bukas sa browser ko. Sinulat ko nga lang itong sa MS Word kasi hanngang sinusulat ko ito ay puro RTO binibigay ni Bayan. Wag kanang mag intro ng mga mahahabang paliwanag kasi as much as possible maikli lang na paliwanag kailangan ko. Eto lang naman tanong ko.

1. Bakit laging ganito pattern ng problem ko pag umaga hanggang gabi samantalang tuwing pag madaling araw very much satisfactory ang internet connection ko. (siguro naman hindi lang ako ang nakakaranas nito)

Sir how may times that we are saying that this is not the correct means to report your problem. I have checked your account wala po kahit isang fault ticket created. Your last fault ticket was May 2009. Kindly report po muna sa hotline (181) for isolation then post mo d2 yung FT number para ma-check nmin yung updates. This thread is subject for auto-closure kung hindi nyo pa po ito nirereport sa proper group. FYI Thanks.

That thread is closed as you requested. By the way, gawain ba ng matinong forumer ang hindi magpost ng account number? Kinakailangan pang sabihan? For a grown up man you are mature and grown up, but you cannot follow rules exactly? Oh yes, you did not mention in that thread also if you reported it. MOD NTF had to cut in and do it. But you know for a fact that we do not do that here. This Forum is not an online technical support. Are we perfectly clear on that because it seems you do not know where to go and much less follow rules.

Have you really gotten our attention? Well... This is not the right way to get our attention. Sorry to burst your bubble but you won't get far with what you are doing. Ever heard of the cliche: Cooperation goes a long way. This is not cooperating. This is what you call badgering. Do you know what that means? I bet not.

Do not tell the moderators how we respond because you are not in a position to do that. Are you a moderator? If you are then perhaps you have the right. Are you an Admin? You are not. Therefore you don't have the right to tell us how to do things here. And please do not tell us that you are a subscriber because HELLO! We are all subscribers here like you and like you we do pay BayanDSL also. So are we perfectly clear on this? Alamin mo ang lugar mo sa forum.

If you do not want to report this to the technical support hot line that is your prerogative (if you know what prerogative means). I will not dare answer your inquiry here because you have not been very cooperative. So why should we entertain your questions? You are old enough you should know how to dispose yourself.

You do not even want to report this. So how sure are you that the problem is on Bayan's side? You have the equipment? If and when you do learn how to cooperate and follow the rules then perhaps the moderators will be able to assist you better.

MOD NTF, I am closing this thread. I have checked his history of posting here. Thanks for validating when was the last time he reported a problem to the hot line. The thread I mentioned here did not contain any reports either. Except for your intervention, I did not see any FTs reported by the TS in his other thread. Thus, the auto closure of this thread till the TS complies.
