please fix my dsl connection my account number: 340438515

no one in your tech support is responding in my email. this has been 2 weeks of of reoccuring issue with connection.

this is not just a simple loose cable. someone needs to fix the cable outside.

please respond i need a permanent fix. tnx in advance.

When was the last time that you had this reported? If you can give the last time you emailed them, I would appreciate it so that I would know how to follow this up with our Bayan Moderators. If you have any active reference number, fault ticket numbers or report numbers, please post it here so I can include it in my follow up. Thanks.

By the way, what happens to the DSL light on your modem when you get disconnected? Do advise me of that as well as the type of set up you have like if you have a router or is directly connected to the modem.

yes i reported this to bayantel office at 8/27/2010 reference number #725990 this is actually my 5th times i already did email many times, phone support troubleshooting, and went to bayantel office personally for technical support and now i did try my luck here. all fix(loose cable) appears to be temporary i remember dsl technician said that the cable outside needs to be reported as well in bayantel department and i did but no one is working on it and now no connection again.

-my dsl light is blinking when disconnected

-and its direct to modem.

Yes. It was fix 08/29/10

But now its not working again 8/30/2010

6 times in 2 weeks same problem, same resolution, same fault, no permanent fix.

I need help again.

pakicoordinate nman sa bayantel kasi., sabi ng dsl techncian tinatanggal daw nila yung line kasi kala nila walang linya. tuwing inaakyat nawawala e. inakyat kasi knina tapos nawala parang illegal connection lang yung bayan dsl ko e. pakiayos po ng linya pls

Nakaforward na po sa Area Tech natin yung fault ticket sir. I already included there yung post mo above. Kindly w8 na lang po sa feedback nila w/n the day.
