bakit everytime na malapit na ang due date for payment ay lagi na lang intermittent ang internet connection? i've been a subscriber for almost a year na.
walang palya... lagi na lang ganito ang nangyayari. is this intentional or just a mere habitual coincidence? is this your way to remind us to settle our accounts?
after i've settled my account, ok na ulit yung connection.

i know that there's nothing wrong with the peripherals and the physical line. and i don't have patience and time to call your CSR to report such event. also wala akong landline subscription, just bayandsl.

wag naman po sanang ganito... we know our obligations and in return we expect your best service.

so i'm asking my fellow subscribers if you also experience this situation.

thank you.

Nope. I do not experience this. Thanks for the feedback.

I understand you have problems there. With the service of BayanDSL on my account going on for two years, the only thing I can say is that it was well worth it. My patience with them did pay off. I do not blame them though why it took them at the onset to fix a problem a little longer as the problem was indeed very difficult. And I am saying this from a perspective of a DSL technician considering I have worked before as one for an internationally based DSL firm. On the other hand though, I know people who only subscribed to the DSL only service and yet they are able to report the problem to the hot line either by email or calling them using their celphones or any available land lines. For me the DSL is an investment and I take it seriously. Thus, I also invest time in it if necessary, after all I am paying for it. And so far, I am a happy camper with BayanDSL. Otherwise, I will not be attempting to help my fellow subscribers as a moderator in this Forum. I do know the feeling of having problems with the DSL. Thus, I am here to help.

There are instances that I get delayed also with the payment, but I never experienced the problem you have. What happens with your DSL light when you get disconnected? Does it blink? Does it go off?

for the first few months, i've tried calling hotlines, email, even the text service. but after the same thing happens every time, i stop. i even request for call backs, but to no avail. don't get me wrong but i'm happy with my bayandsl, its just that sometimes its a real nuisance when i got dc while working on something in the net.

btw, my dsl led goes off then on again. like its trying to reestablish connection. hopefully after paying my bills tomorrow it'll go back to my happy, normal connection. i do have a wifi router. but my primary laptop was connected by a cable thru the router. no problem with the hardwares.

its just a recurring event every payment time. i guess i have to settle for what i have but still hoping for the best. lol

thanks.

Just a question... I just noticed from your post. What is the distance between your router and your modem? Any other devices near the set up? I do have a router myself and is on a full wireless connection throughout the house, with all the devices being on wireless.

How many days before or after your payment does the disconnection happen? After the due date, how many days do you get to experience it? Or how about before the due date, how many days before do you experience the disconnection? Where do you experience the disconnection? On the wired PC or on the wireless? Or on all the computers connected?
