I contacted Bayan DSL customer support an hour ago and inquired about the status of the 9 gateways. I was told that the they have been fixed since yesterday. Can any mods confirm if this is correct? I am still experiencing slow browsing speed, though (for some reason, I have trouble connecting to speedtest.net).

I issued a directive in this thread. If your connection is slow, have you reported this to the hot line? As far as I know the problem with Japan affects certain web applications, websites (like browsing to certain sites are slow), and high latencies.
If you are experiencing slow speeds in general report this to the hotline.

I know some are still being re-routed. The last update I got from one of the moderators, it is still on going.

Ewan ko lang pero Ok na yung Connection ko since 4 days ago. Nakakapag laro na ng MMO (WoW latency at 180-250) at Modern Warfare 2 ng matino. No more problem since then.

Cnu naglalaro ng Online games sa davao? kc ako sobrang lag/delay kc linalaro ko na server eh d naman lag ung iba sa server na nilalaroan ko. minsan at sobrang minsan lang talaga hindi lag. nkakainis na nga  1 week na ako gani2. Plan 899 ito. Tumawag na ako sa hotline at sabi nila ok naman dw connection ko pero bkit ang LAG ng nilalaro ko? e2 quezoncity server e2  ping ko  I repeat. Hindi ang server na nilalaruan ko ang lag. Ako mismo ang lag at hindi dahil sa computer speed e2.

UPDATE: all re-route lines are stable and have a capacity to hold all corporate and residential line.
