After 4 months of complaining and pulling some strings, Bayantel was able to solved my download speed and I was able to complete the puzzle where it went wrong. My plan was 2mbps and it went down to 0.7. I complained about being disconnected always 4 months ago and the culprit was a broken modem. After the technician replaced my modem he cant make it operate using my old username then he said it was wrong. I should use a different username as given also by the person he was talking to the phone. I have been using the old username for 4 years. When he used the new username he was able to connect the modem. After some days of using I realized my speed was slow. When I complained they said there was a problem in Hong Kong so I didnt mind it. After a long time I started complaining again because my speed is stuck at 0.7. I upgraded my computer and changed the wiring of the village. Until recently where I followed up almost everyday. I was already decided to to have it terminated within the week and started talking to friends from PLDT. 3 technicians went to my house today and they were able to solved the problem. It was the username. According to the technician my original username was accidentally deleted or something went wrong with it and the technician before gave me a wrong username that was deisgned for .7 mbps. It was similar to my old username but wrong spelling. The 3rd technician this afternoon is from Bayantel. He said some technicians are just subcontractors. He had the old username reactivated, replaced the username and problem solved. He even told my wife that he used to service my area and I even taught him some tips. Patience paid off but honestly I was already so disappointed that I want it terminated today. Its a good thing I was busy with a client and I was not able to go to Bayantel and the technician came and solved it.

Ay bka nmn kasi binenta yung tlgang username nyo ng agent, you know Pero buti na lang resolve yung problem nyo

I got my problem with Net Biz 3mbps. Kunting Ulan, maraming timed-out and disconnection agad. Meron ako isang net connection, Residential 2 mbps pero hindi apektado sa Ulan, stable yung connection saka mabilis pa sa download compare sa Net Biz 3mbps. Plan ko sana e disconnect ko ung isang ISP if stable ang bayantel. 3 Days gamit ng Bayantel maraming problema agad. I am sure meron talaga problema sa conduit  Talagang sakit sa ulo.
