I recently applied since I'm sick and tired of my high latency in online games so I decided to get cable and I've seen the latencies of my friends who use BayanDSL.

I asked the agent before I applied that how long would it take for them to set it up she told me 3-5days and then the requirements were passport copy and proof of billing. After few days I went to apply but I forgot to bring the passport copy just the proof of billing was with me she said it was fine cos she can tell someone to pick it up from my place the next day. The guy came and I gave him the copy and I updated the agent with everything so that she'll be informed. After 2days she called me and told me she'll be needing a passport copy again and a guy will be picking it up after few hours and he did. So what does that mean? She misplaced it or they lost it? Cos if they need another one they could have copied the previous one and now I'm waiting still on the 6th day after applying but she told me 3-5days. I'm really not being rude at all but some people don't have that much of a patience since the internet is my only way of communicating with my family and most of my works are done by the internet. I even told her in the first place that my previous internet connection will be disconnected on Jan 20 that's why I applied at the right time.
I had to ask the agent for a follow up cos I know some of the people are lazy. And the closest BayanTel I went to is always empty she can't say there are many clients applying. I'm excited about the connection at the same time can't be patient enough.
