This is Mrs. Reyes, Liwayway. I would like to inform you that for the past month and half I have not been happy with the service that you have been providing my family with the DSL Service that we signed up with under your company. My son has already contacted your technical support line but to no avail, every tech has not addressed our concern to the point that they themselves have no answer to the question "Why is it that our internet speed is so inconsistent, with frequent disconnections and dramatically very very low upload speed". We even had the physical lines/wires going to our house and the wiring inside our house changed upon request of the previous tech, modem replacement was done already but still the issue stayed same. Below, you will find a result of the speedtest that I have requested my son to do a few moments ago.



My subscription for your internet or DSL Service is for 2MBPS which I am paying for 2,000 pesos. Apparently this is not what I am getting. I'm suppose to get upload speeds of 500kbps - 700kbps but I am just getting .019mbps or roughly 200kbps. My download speed is also stuck at either 1.3MBPS or 1.5MBPS which is not at the very least tolerable to what I purchased for my subscription. Going back, we get frequent disconnections as well to the point that we will lose our internet for hours. This has affected my business for I run a website that I need to check my emails for orders and upload new products to the website. By far I'm not only losing money, patience but also customers who are ordering or availing my products on the internet.

That said, as calm as I can I would like for your company to address the concern within this week. I would like to have my upload be not lower than 600kbps and my speeds be restored to not going lower that 1.7MBPS for I am subscribed under your DSL Service for 2MBPS. I'm no longer asking to get the 2MBPS speeds and meeting you halfway already on this. If this issue though would not be addressed before the week ends and if we lose our internet service or get intermittent connectivity wherein we cannot use the DSL for a long time then I will personally report to DTI and file a case/complaint about your service. We also have a pending case with your company with Sony Phils. as our backer about Denial of Service and will personally move the said case forward as well. This case was put on hold wherein you promised us to provide service with utmost care.

Again, I will give your company a chance to do your work. After a week and the issue is not addressed then I shall take action.

PS:
We will no longer allow techs to drop by our house for we had already 5 different tech teams who dropped by the house and still didn't get the issue resolved. Any tech will be denied entry inside my house. The issue is not inside our house. It is already with your server as you can't even provide the adequate amount of upload and download to balance my connectivity
