Hi sir, I'm willing to help you. What are you exactly after? Do you know how to enter the set up page of your router or not yet? If not I'll take you to a step by step process.
1. Go to your start menu. 2. Search for "cmd" and open it. (without " ") 3. Type "ipconfig" (without " ") 4. Search for Default Gateway (under Subnet Mask) 5. Type your Default Gateway numbers in your browser (without any www or .com) then hit enter 6. It will show a box then it will ask for this,
Username: admin Password: bayandsl
7. Done.
To change your routers default password
1. Go to Maintenance 2. Put your desired new password and confirm the password.
To change your WiFi's password and name 1. Interface Setup 2. Wireless 3. Make Sure Access Point is on Activated 4. SSID is the name of your WiFi so it can be searched easily (Put your name or anything) 5. Pre-Shared Key is your password 6. Go down and press Save.
You are done close everything else.
Hope this helps.

Hi, I was able to change my password in my first attempt being guided by Bayan's Tech Support but Does the new password have expiration date? Suddenly, bigla na namang bumalik sa lumang Password ang WIFI modem namin... ano yon, nareset without our knowledge? at bakit? Nakakaloka... halos masira ang ulo ng anak ko kasi all of a sudden hindi na makaconnect ang laptop nya.
Does Bayan Reset the system? Sana naman my advisory...
Thanks, Espie

thanks in advance! :) What he meant is do the command "ipconfig" to get the default gateway.
Sample:
c:\Users\PC5>IPCONFIG
It will return with a lot of data regarding your local area network. Locate the one that is for the LAN (ethernet card, if you are connected via an ethernet cable, or for the wireless adapter if you are connected via WiFi), and get the default gateway.
For example the default gateway is 192.168.102.1, open a browser (either internet explorer or firefox, or any internet browser for that purpose, and then in the address bar (where you type the website you will be visiting), type/enter the default gateway (in our sample, 192.168.102.1) and then press enter.
It will ask you to log in. The default username for Bayan's WiFi modems is admin, and the password is bayandsl.
I hope this helps.

Please start your own thread if you want us to discuss this further.
At any rate, sometimes the WiFi password gets to default to the old one due to a number of reasons. One of them is fluctuations in the current. If your modem is not connected to an AVR, and a power fluctuation occurred, sometimes the modem can be reset without us knowing it did so. The best way to handle such circumstances (which already happened to me, though I am not using a Bayan WiFi modem but rather a router of my own choosing) is to re configure the WiFi settings of the modem back to the one entered in the laptop or the laptop may be configured to the old password if you still know what it is.
As for Bayan's Technical Support changing it, I am not aware if they can remote access your modem. I doubt though if they can as most modems need the permission of its owner for it to be remotely accessed, even by the ISP issuing them. They can't change the WiFi password over their consoles at their own whim. Unless they have the software to do so, but again, I doubt that as there is no point in doing it anyways, and it is against the law.
