Good day! We recently applied for Bayan DSL Wifi Plan 999 (1Mbps) but unfortunately until now hindi pa po nai-install. Here are the information regarding our application: OR #: M 862565 Address: TH7 Blk 4 Lot 2 Don Victorino Ext., Don Antonio Heights, QC Application Date: January 23,2012 Sales Rep: Jhem Carpio A technician visited our house for site inspection on January 26, 3 days after the application, which I expected (since your Sales Reps promised installation within 3-5days). He checked kung saan daw ita-tap yung line kasi baka daw kelangan idaan sa ibang townhouses. When he confirmed na hindi na dahil may naka-abang nang wire for internet lines sa harap ng compound, he said hahanap muna ng posteng pagkakabitan dahil daw walang ibang subscribers ng Bayan dito sa amin, which is salungat sa sinabi ng Sales Rep na may subscriber daw sila sa kabilang lote lang. The technician got my CP number para daw ma-inform ako kung makakabalik s'ya that afternoon. From that day on hindi na po ako nakatanggap ng kahit na anong message regarding the installation. I contacted the Sales Rep twice pero hindi sumasagot.  It's been 6 days na po. I actually chose Bayan because of good feed-backs from friends regarding the 3-day span of installation. I badly need it installed ASAP. I am still hoping for a quality service.  Thank you!

I actually don't know po e. We were only provided with the white copy of receipt for payment which is M 862565. The applicant name is Eduardo De Lena Vallejos, sir.
